QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

01

We definitely want to book you! What's the next step?

Awesome! I’m excited to work with you! To officially book me you’ll have to sign the contract and pay a non-refundable retainer fee of $400. As soon as those two things are in, you’re BOOKED!

02

How are the photos delivered?

I digitally deliver the photos via email to your specified email address.

03

Do you have any limits of coverage on the wedding day?

Never any limit on photos taken and I offer an option for unlimited coverage for any wedding package. I’m yours whenever you need me throughout the day.

04

Do I back up your photos?

Yes. They are permanently stored in a secure location.

05

How do we book and pay?

After we setup a meeting in person or phone call you’ll receive a custom payment portal online where you can sign the contract and make the deposit and final payment via credit card. I also accept payment installments too.

06

Am I insured?

Yes. i can provide a COI if the venue requires one.

07

Do I provide print and distribution release?

Absolutely. You can print your photos wherever you want and you can distribute them around the internet too (facebook, e-mail, twitter, etc). I also provide prints from my professional print lab if you want them done well.

08

Why do other photographers apply restrictions for release on their prints?

Honestly, other photographers take advantage of their wedding clients photos and force the couple to print photos from them. Why? So they can make additional money. I don’t believe in this practice and ethics. While you can download the photos and print wherever you like, I always recommend printing through me as I have contracts with printing labs the result in the absolute highest quality.

09

How many photos do we get?

I typically send 400 to 1,000 photos per wedding.

10

Will I be able to download them later on?

Yes, they will be readily available upon your request for life.

11

What happens if you get sick or injured before your photo shoot?

That’s never happened. But, in the case of that event happening, I will refer to another photographer who can capture your event. This is also disclosed in the contract that is signed and agreed upon.

12

If I do a payment installment plan when will I receive the photos?

You’ll receive the photos when the agreed amount has been paid completely.

13

When is our remaining balance due?

Your remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding date. A reminder will be sent out via email to help keep you on track.

14

Do I take family portraits during wedding days?

Of course. I truly love these.

15

Where will you travel?

Anywhere. I’ve traveled all over the world and really love traveling as well. Don’t let distance cause you to hesitate one bit.

24

How many years have I been a photographer?

I’ve been a professional photographer for 15 years. For the past 5, I have been a wedding photographer.

25

Are there any hidden fees?

There’s no hidden costs in any of my packages. The only thing you could say are any prints that you all would like to order from your online gallery.

26

How many outfits can I change into for an engagement photo session?

For engagement photos, the amount of locations ultimately limit the number of photos for your engagement photo session. I usually suggest no more than three attire changes as well.

27

Have I ever shot at your venue?

Maybe, maybe not. This question usually stems from the venue or another vendor trying to recommend another photographer.  If you’re here at my site reading this, then you like the style that you see. If a venue or another vendor is trying to recommend another photographer, you might not know what style they are. Additionally, it shouldn’t matter if a photographer has shot at your venue before because there are millions of venues around the world. I have more than 15 years of photography experience, so I can step into any building around the world and ensure I capture the high standard photos you are looking for.
